"I just wanted to thank you for the last, almost 3 years.  Having had Dale in a "corporate" memory care unit prior to moving him into Desano Place I feel qualified to make some comparisons.  There are none.  Dale received exemplary care in the last years of his life due to the high standards set by your leadership.  I know Dale was liked due to his humor and personality, conversely, I know he was difficult because of his anger and stubbornness.   I appreciate all of the attendants that I have met and visited with over the length of Dales residency.  I felt like everyone employed there was concerned about not only his welfare but all of the residents welfare.  I spent more than 100 hours over 2.5 years inside the Village and I never saw anything but kindness and care demonstrated by the well-trained staff.
