Comprehensive Care
At DeSano Place, we understand the importance of comprehensive care for seniors. Our staff is committed to meeting the unique needs of each resident with customized care plans, medication management, and dietary assistance. We strive to create a supportive and safe living environment that promotes independence, dignity, and a high quality of life.
Therapies
Our resident may receive home health or hospice and associated physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing or speech therapy services by contracting with the service provider of their choice. Medicare generally covers those costs. However, our staff are ultimately overseeing ALL care, by ALL providers in our homes.
Services
Our nurses provide significant oversight for chronic illness and emerging physical health or behavioral issues. They will communicate with you and the resident's medical provider as often as needed to ensure residents are as healthy and secure as possible.
Day Care / Respite Care
DeSano Place also offers, when staffing and / or space is available, guest "Day" care and short term respite care. Should you need some time in your day to run errands or care for yourself, we can accept your loved one as a guest up to 14 hours per day.
